Call UsWHAT WE INSTALL
Security Lighting for Your Property
Security lighting is the cheapest deterrent there is, and the one that also makes your property safer to walk around at night. Here is what our electricians install.
Dark Entry Points
Doors, side gates, and garage entries are where lighting does the most deterrent work.
Motion-Activated Floodlights
Light that comes on when something moves is more noticeable, and more effective, than light that is always on.
Pathway & Step Lighting
Safety as much as security: lit walkways and steps prevent falls as well as discouraging visitors.
Dusk-to-Dawn Control
Photocell and timer control means the lighting works whether or not anyone remembers to switch it on.
Detached Garages & Outbuildings
Structures away from the house need their own properly buried, correctly rated supply.
Integration With Cameras
Security lighting and cameras work considerably better together than either does alone.

3 months agoThomas was professional and went a step above. Did a great job to show me everything that I had to keep an eye on and cleaned up like he wasn’t never there. Price wise I’m on their membership program we bought with our new system. They’ve been good so far and it’s been a few yrs now.

4 months agoShowed up on time. Respectful, kind, and efficient. I’m sure my husband could have replaced the capacitor but for the price and convenience we were happy to spend our money here. They installed our furnace last year and we have always happy with CJS.

5 months agoWe had an issue with our sump pump going off, even though there wasn’t any water problem, and it turned out the entire unit needed to be replaced. We called Bassett that morning, and they were able to offer same-day service, which we really appreciated. Throughout the day, I received texts and calls keeping me updated that they were still coming, even as other jobs ran longer. I didn’t mind the delay at all—it was clear they were doing their best to fit us in. Josh arrived later in the day and spent a few hours replacing the sump pump. He explained everything clearly and was both informative and understanding throughout the process. He also took the time to look at another issue, took photos and measurements, and said he would follow up after speaking with his boss. What really stood out was his professionalism and attitude. Even after 6 p.m., when he mentioned he still had two more stops to go, he never once rushed or made us feel like just another job. He made us feel like a priority, and that meant a lot. We’re very grateful for the service and would absolutely recommend Bassett, and especially Josh, to others.

7 months agoWe got estimates for a new water softener. I hadn't compared prices anywhere else. After receiving your estimate I called another service. To install and replace it was 5 and 6000 dollars less. Wow what a difference. We are going with the other service. Dale was great. He was very helpful. And so nice. The gal on the phone was also nice. Overall great experience. It just a money thing. Thank you so much Have a nice spring, Michelle
