OUR SERVICES
Complete Services for Arlingate Plaza Homes
Whether it’s a slow drain, an aging furnace, inconsistent cooling, or an electrical concern, our technicians take a whole-home approach. We focus on accurate diagnostics, practical recommendations, and repairs that support long-term performance rather than short-term fixes.
From urgent repairs to preventive maintenance, Bassett Services is equipped to support Arlingate Plaza homes of all sizes.
Heating Services in Arlingate Plaza
Central Ohio winters swing hard, and a furnace that sat idle through autumn tends to show it. Bassett provides:
- Heating Services for Cold Ohio Winters
- Our heating services include
- Signs your heating system may need service
Ignition failures, uneven room temperatures and heat pumps that lose ground during a cold snap are among the calls we take most often in Arlingate Plaza.
Cooling Services in Arlingate Plaza
Humidity, more than heat, is what tests a central Ohio air conditioner. Our cooling work covers:
- Air Conditioning Services for Hot, Humid Summers
- Common AC problems we solve
- Air conditioning repair
- AC replacement & installation
- Seasonal AC tune-ups
When a system runs constantly without ever satisfying the thermostat, the cause is often ductwork or insulation rather than the unit, and we check both before recommending a replacement.
Plumbing Services in Arlingate Plaza
Plumbing usually gives warning before it fails outright. Our licensed plumbers handle:
- Full-Service Plumbing Solutions
- Our plumbing services include
- Common plumbing issues in this area
- Water Heater Services
- Common water heater problems
We locate hidden leaks before they reach finished ceilings and floors, and the repair is quoted in writing first.
Drain & Sewer Services in Arlingate Plaza
Mature trees and older sewer lines are a common pairing across central Ohio. Bassett provides:
- Drain Cleaning & Sewer Services
- Drain cleaning & hydro jetting
- Camera sewer line inspection
- Sewer line repair & replacement
- Trenchless sewer options
A drain that backs up more than once a year usually has root intrusion or a failing line behind it, and a camera inspection settles which.
Electrical Services in Arlingate Plaza
Panels and circuits installed decades ago rarely match what a modern household draws. Our electricians handle:
- Complete Electrical Solutions
- Why electrical upgrades matter
- Upgrading Electrical Systems in Older Homes
Storm activity across the region makes generator and surge protection work some of our most common Arlingate Plaza calls.

3 months agoThomas was professional and went a step above. Did a great job to show me everything that I had to keep an eye on and cleaned up like he wasn’t never there. Price wise I’m on their membership program we bought with our new system. They’ve been good so far and it’s been a few yrs now.

4 months agoShowed up on time. Respectful, kind, and efficient. I’m sure my husband could have replaced the capacitor but for the price and convenience we were happy to spend our money here. They installed our furnace last year and we have always happy with CJS.

5 months agoWe had an issue with our sump pump going off, even though there wasn’t any water problem, and it turned out the entire unit needed to be replaced. We called Bassett that morning, and they were able to offer same-day service, which we really appreciated. Throughout the day, I received texts and calls keeping me updated that they were still coming, even as other jobs ran longer. I didn’t mind the delay at all—it was clear they were doing their best to fit us in. Josh arrived later in the day and spent a few hours replacing the sump pump. He explained everything clearly and was both informative and understanding throughout the process. He also took the time to look at another issue, took photos and measurements, and said he would follow up after speaking with his boss. What really stood out was his professionalism and attitude. Even after 6 p.m., when he mentioned he still had two more stops to go, he never once rushed or made us feel like just another job. He made us feel like a priority, and that meant a lot. We’re very grateful for the service and would absolutely recommend Bassett, and especially Josh, to others.

7 months agoWe got estimates for a new water softener. I hadn't compared prices anywhere else. After receiving your estimate I called another service. To install and replace it was 5 and 6000 dollars less. Wow what a difference. We are going with the other service. Dale was great. He was very helpful. And so nice. The gal on the phone was also nice. Overall great experience. It just a money thing. Thank you so much Have a nice spring, Michelle
