Service tech did a great job, even in dealing with an AC unit that had not been disassembled and cleaned in a few years. Good personality, funny lighthearted, did a good job. Showed me how dirty it really was, and I appreciated that he was able to clean it and no doubt make it more efficient and add time to its life. 1 negative- Will Bassett be coming out to fix my garden hose and replace the broken threading? Service tech obviously needed my garden hose to clean the AC unit. The length and spray nozzle would have worked And ultimately needed to. When the tech wanted to take the nozzle off the hose, he was not able to, but did break the metal fitting trying to unthread the nozzle off the hose and now the end is ruined. The metal threading portion is crushed and split and it back sprays and squirts everywhere. The fitting cannot be fixed. The hose fitting will need to be cut off and and spliced with a new fitting from the hardware store. Will Bassett come and fix this?
