Josh showed up and replaced the defective fan motor with the new one. He thoroughly inspected the operation of the furnace. He explained what he had done and that everything went as planned.

did not like the fact that was billed for 2- service call outs because of two units thought second one should have been discounted because both were on same property it's not like he had to drive to two different locations ..and thought replacing filters that I supplied was really steep ...

Brian and Jacob were incredibly professional, and got the job done in the way we expected! They explained fully what they were doing with our air conditioner, and furnace.
