Bassett is a top notch company with a culture of excellent customer service. The technicians always follow a checklist and review the condition of the heating/cooling system with you. Tim walked into my house Wednesday morning to explain my options and help me decide what was best for our house...David and Josh arrived Thursday morning and the new HVAC unit was up and running by 5:30. Friendly, fast, and efficient.
I called requesting service and received a response that he would be there in about an hour. The problem was diagnosed quickly and he had the part on his truck. The whole job was completed within 30 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable and fast. Russ also took into account with the pricing that routine service had just been completed on June1.
Six months ago we had a new furnace installed by Bassett Services, so I expected the first maintenance inspection to be a lick and a promise. Was I wrong! The technician spent a full two hours going through the entire system, cleaning and checking everything. We had difficulty getting the house cool, so I assumed that we needed more refrigerant. He found that it was actually over pressure, and removed some refrigerant to bring it back to specification. The AC unit was not installed or previously maintained by Bassett. A friend of mine referred me to Bassett because of their excellent customer service and attention to detail. I now understand why.

We have been very happy with your service over the last 12 years of using you. The service last week though had us disappointed for 2 reasons: one of our exsisting filters which we personally bought was used to change the filter and it is our understanding that with the service a filter is included, and second the technician did not use booties or remove his shoes when coming in and out of the house in snowy conditions. In the past every tech you have ever sent has used booties.

I am very impressed with the skill and customer service displayed by the Bassett Services Team.
