I love Bassett! The service has been great. Patrick was the best!! He was personable, kind, thorough, and he really knew what he was doing. He cleaned the outdoor unit like it has never been cleaned before.. Until this experience, I wasn't sure I wanted or needed this particular service, but he made me feel as if it is a necessary and useful service. You need a lot more people like him. Repairman Michael was here previously to work on our thermostat because the furnace wouldn't turn on the furnace until the outside temperature dropped considerably and he worked on the problem until he got it figured out. He was not the first serviceman to attempt to fix it. And yesterday he exhibited the same "get 'er done" attitude and did a very thorough job. He did not slack. He is a friendly young man. Please send him next time!
