Lowell Jackson

As a 10 year resident of Avon, Lowell Jackson had seen the Bassett Services trucks frequently. Last summer when Lowell's air conditioner finally quit working, after several years of making due, Lowell decided to replace both the furnace and air conditioner. Lowell remembered the Bassett Services truck he had recently seen and decided to call.

Stan Bassett met with Lowell and gave recommendations based on his needs. Before making his decision, Lowell looked up the products online. Diane and Guy Brouillard

Diane and Guy Brouillard had recently moved into their home when the air conditioning unit went out. Having a home warranty on the house, they thought it would be fixed promptly. After two different companies had serviced the unit and could not diagnose the problem, Diane realized they needed to seek other alternatives. Diane also mentioned that they had noticed a drop in their heating and cooling bills over the past several months.

Don and Kathy Hool
