Linda LeBlanc's 15 year old cooling unit lost its compressor on the Thursday night before the hottest and most humid weekend this summer. Linda called Bassett Services (they were recommended by her boss) as well as the company she had a service agreement with.

"My service company sent one of the most incompetent sales people I have ever encountered. He did nothing to sell me; he just told me what unit I should buy without any rationale. Bassett Services sent a very well prepared sales person who walked me through the reasoning as well as offered alternatives to reduce my heating and cooling bill," exclaimed Linda.

Given the situation, Linda chose the High Efficiency Variable Speed Trane Heating and Cooling System. The Bassett technician arranged to have the unit installed the next day, Saturday.

"The installers were professional, pleasant, competent, and clean," said Linda.

"They arrived on time, finished an hour early, and left the area spotless! Saturday night I slept in a cool house when earlier I felt there was no chance of that happening. Thanks Bassett!" exclaimed Linda.
